Naphtha is widely used as a blending component for motor gasoline and a feedstock for petrochemical plants. SPC’s naphtha is used as a feedstock for ethylene crackers Open-specs naphtha is the most frequently traded naphtha grade.

Motor Gasoline is used as a fuel in automobiles and marine outboard motors with spark-ignition engines. It is graded according to its Research Octane Number (RON) which measures the antiknock performance of a motor fuel. SPC supplies unleaded motor gasoline of various grades from 92 RON to 98 RON.

Gas oil is mainly used in automobiles, marine boats, industrial boilers and generator sets. SPC supplies gas oil meeting 0.005% to 0.5% sulphur content. In line with maintaining a clean environment, SPC has been supplying Ultra Low Sulphur gas oil (with 0.005% sulphur content) to the Singapore's domestic market since 2005.

Jet Fuel also known as Jet A-1 is a kerosene-type fuel used in aviation turbine engines. SPC supplies jet fuel to airports to four locations in the region, meeting the latest required specifications.

Fuel oil is a residual product from the refining process graded to its viscosity and its sulphur content. Fuel oil finds application as a fuel for industrial boilers and also in power generation. SPC actively trades fuel oil of different grades.

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) is commonly used as a fuel for cooking and heating. It is colourless and is normally stenched at the refinery before distribution to enable detection of leakage by smell. SPC supplies bulk LPG to the domestic industrial and commercial sector through bulk delivery including provision of bullet tanks installation at customers' premises. SPC also supplies retail LPG in 12.7-kilogram and 50-kilogram cylinders.

Sulphur is used in the production of sulphuric acid, fertilisers and other agricultural purposes. SPC supplies sulphur in flake form with a guarantee in moisture content of less than 0.5% in weight. The sulphur can be shipped out of the refinery by trucks or dry cargo ships.

SPC is a major producer and exporter of asphalt (bitumen) to the Asian region and beyond, including Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, New Zealand and South Africa. Asphalt is mainly used for the paving of new roads, maintenance of existing roads as well as a waterproofing material. It can also be used for further blending into asphalt emulsion, asphalt cutbacks and polymer modified asphalt (PMA). SPC supplies two grades of asphalt, namely Penetration Grade 60/70 and Penetration Grade 80/100 in drums or in bulk via ships, ISO-tanks or trucks.
