SPC Clinches IR Award Again |

In December 2009, SPC received the noteworthy "Certificate of Excellence in Investor Relations (IR)" at the IR Magazine South East Asia Awards. This is the Company’s second consecutive award in Investor Relations following SPC’s win of “Most Progress in Investor Relations” award in 2008.
The annual IR event has been widely recognised as the most accurate and valid measure of excellence in Investor Relations. The monthly UK-based magazine of 20 years is one of the most respected publications in the market, covering all areas in the field of Investor Relations. The magazine is also a proud host of awards and conferences in countries that include Australia, Canada, continental Europe, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the Nordic Region, the UK and the US. The IR Magazine South East Asia Awards, now into its fifth year, has been polling investors and analysts globally for the best in Investor Relations in Southeast Asian companies. Winners were determined based on the results of a survey with over 5,000 investors and analysts from more than 14 countries worldwide covering the Asian market.
Receiving the award for two years running means SPC’s Investor Relations efforts had made an impression on the investment community and that SPC met a significant number of mentions in the global survey comprising tier-one analysts and international fund managers. The certificate affirms the eminence and significant efforts of SPC’s IR team.
