Administrative Assistant (6 months contract)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to perform the billing of franchise fees, convenient store promotions, rental and etc.
  • Maintain and update the convenient store’s price book twice monthly.
  • Track food wastage and newspaper sales of the convenient store.
  • Update stock take variance done at the petrol station.
  • Update daily sales and generate the convenient store performance in the monthly report.
  • Verify the invoices of the stock.
  • Provide admin support to the merchandising and advertising team.
  • Any others duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum ‘O’ levels or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in admin support.
  • Meticulous and attentive to details.
  • Good team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
