Marketing Executive (Customer Service)

Job Summary

The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and top-notch customer support for our petrol stations. In this position, he/she will be the first point of contact for public inquiries, handling queries efficiently via hotline and email, while providing excellent customer service.

Additionally, this role will oversee the procurement of essential items for our petrol stations, managing the tendering process with precision and efficiency. The ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams will be crucial in maintaining seamless day-to-day operations.

 

Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Support (Daily Scope)

  • Daily handling of public enquiries, requests and feedback via email and the company hotline, ensure timely closure with relevant stakeholders in the company and customers.
  • Assist customers to register their membership particulars online.
  • Provide monthly summary report to the Retail Management team.
  • Contact and confirm lucky draw winners or other promotional activities that arises in the course of the year.

2. Procurement Services for Petrol Stations

  • Manage tender process and normal purchasing of products and services for Petrol Stations.
  • Coordinate above and arrange logistics with all our Petrol Station for items ordered.

3. Others

  • Print promotion vouchers. 
  • Pump price updates on the retail website.
  • Prepare notices on station closures.
  • Support events coordination and execution. 
  • Organize monthly meeting with Station Managers.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2-5 years working experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess customer service, customer-relationship, and/or purchasing related experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good English and Chinese in order to communicate effectively with petrol station customers.
