Supply Executive

Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the supply from the refinery to ensure seamless coordination between trading. inventory management, and distribution. Its primary focus is to forecast demand, analyze supply trends, and implement efficient planning strategies to meet stakeholders’ needs and maximize profitability. With a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate across departments, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the timely delivery of products while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellence.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with our refinery and trading departments on product supply.
  • Engage the refinery planners and the trading operators actively on product supply matters.
  • Manage inventory in the refinery and other storage terminals.
  • Liaise with counterparts on shipping optimization.
  • Represent the Company at the refinery shareholder meetings.
  • Participate in new business developments related to the refinery.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Good knowledge of oil refining business and shipping cargo operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player with positive working attitudes
  • Proficient in Chinese as the candidate is required to liaise with HQ in Beijing and also to handle Chinese documents
  • Detailed-oriented
