Market Intelligence Subscription Executive

Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s subscriptions to market intelligence platforms, databases, and industry publications within the Oil & Gas sector. It ensures seamless delivery of market intelligence services, supports internal stakeholders in accessing key insights, and contributes to informed decision‑making through effective subscription administration, vendor coordination, and usage analysis.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial subscriptions to energy market intelligence platforms, databases, and industry publications (e.g., Platts, Bloomberg, LSEG).
• Maintain a centralized repository of all subscriptions, including license contracts, user access, and vendor details.
• Monitor renewal timelines and manage the end‑to‑end subscription renewal process.
• Evaluate new market intelligence sources in collaboration with internal stakeholders and recommend suitable purchase options.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with vendors to ensure cost‑effectiveness and maximum value.
• Conduct semi‑annual cost and usage analyses of market intelligence subscriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding, user training, and troubleshooting for new or existing subscriptions as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Energy Studies, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with vendors and internal teams.
• Familiarity with energy markets and major market data providers is a plus.
