  • Process orders and schedule tank trucks delivery for petrol stations and customers.
  • Monitor daily stock inventory and perform weekly stock replenishment.
  • Maintain and update both internal and external reports and documentations.
  • Attend to barge discharge operations at port and power stations.
  • Supervise tank truck loadings at the loading bay to ensure adherence to safety rules.
  • Comply with the Company/Terminal HSE procedures and regulations at all times.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Min O level / SPM
  • On-the-job training will be provided
  • Possess own transport preferred
  • Possess Class 3 or Forklift license
  • Working Location: Jalan Buroh (West)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good team player with positive attitude
  • Candidates without relevant working experience will be considered for Trainee Technician position

In this position, you will be in charge of all the instrument and control systems. You will be reporting to the Terminal Manager and working very closely with our Maintenance Engineer. As you will be anchoring all electrical duties, you have to be equipped with strong knowledge in electrical and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily electrical activities such as troubleshooting, maintenance, and checking equipment reliability.
  • Perform routine corrective and preventive maintenance for site improvement.
  • Conduct and review risk assessment.
  • Supervise contractors performing electrical jobs in the terminal to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Maintain proper SOP and records.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in electrical repairs and maintenance in oil & gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in generators, tank gauging, and motor operated valves.
  • Preferably with experience in DC/AC motors, switchboards, and circuit breakers.
  • Able to read and understand electrical circuit drawings, instrumentation and control system diagrams.
  • Able to perform troubleshooting and confident in deciding corrective measures.
  • Comfortable with working location in Pulau Sebarok via ferry transport.
  • Able to work under pressure within tight timelines.
  • Senior roles may be considered for this role depending on level of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders from retail stations and customers. Schedule tank trucks for loading and delivery to fulfil the orders received.
  • Check and sort out Delivery Receipts, and ensure that they are duly signed and stamped by our customers for the goods received.
  • Schedule tank trucks to/from the refinery to replenish the Terminal storage tanks and process document for products lifted from the refinery by trucks.
  • Perform daily inventory opening/closing, print daily transaction reports and ensure that all product movements are accounted for.
  • Maintain proper records of all documentations (E.g. SCDF transport licence for truck, road tax, drivers Hazmat licence and delivery related documents).
  • Perform physical system line-up and supervise truck loadings at the Truck Loading Racks.
  • Attend to barge discharge operations at port and power stations.
  • Comply with the Company/Terminal HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) procedures and regulations at all times.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum ITE or equivalent.
  • Able to work 12-hour rotational shift.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude.
  • Possess own transport.
