- Ensure that all operations are conducted safely and in accordance with Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Coordinate with the Head Office Business team, surveyors, truck loading operations, and other oil movements within the terminal, following established operating procedures.
- Write and review Standard Work Procedures and Risk Assessments.
- Participate in the CERT (Crisis Emergency Response Team) for any emergencies, including HSE incidents at the terminal, and engage in the annual fire exercise.
- Maintain inventory listings, monitor variances, and prepare monthly closing reports.
- Plan and monitor Opex and Capex expenditures, ensuring all spending is within budget.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of ‘O’ level or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in supervising fuel operations (road tankers and vessels) and fuel storage inventory management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and confident in implementing corrective measures.
- Capable of multitasking and leading a team effectively.
