Responsibilities

  • Perform daily inventory opening/ closing, printing of daily transaction reports.
  • Participate in Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) and conform to HSE procedures & regulations.
  • Monitor Daily Oil Stock Inventory and to report and highlight if there are any inconsistencies.
  • Conduct routine checks.
  • Supervise truck loading operations to ensure they are carried out in a safe manner.
  • Check fire-fighting equipment in the terminal, such as running of fire pumps
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a warehouse environment
  • Possess a valid forklift license
  • Working Location: Jalan Buroh (West)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and secure customer accounts to meet business unit’s sales targets. Get new clientele and potential customers to expand existing pool.
  • Generate financial and operational performance analysis and reports that align to monthly business reviews, annual planning, and forecasting processes and to derive recommendations from the analysis
  • Develop effective marketing materials to promote service and value proposition to new and existing customers.
  • Provide credit review of customer, monitor all payment collections and bank guarantee (if any).
  • Monitor and provide timely feedback on market and competitive environment.
  • Ensure HSE compliance at all customer sites and conduct site audit, if required.
  • Recommend and execute, with assistant from support units (e.g. Terminal}, other value-add logistic requirements of key customer.
  • Preparation of quotation, tender supporting documents and tender negotiation.
  • Any other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Petroleum or equivalent
  • Candidates without experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Able to interact with people of all levels 
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies and has knowledge of modern marketing techniques.

  • Plan and schedule tank trucks for deliveries of petroleum products to Service Stations and Commercial Sales customers.
  • Handle all matters related to fuel movements, logistics and co-ordination with all stakeholders for documentations processing.

  • Comply with Terminal Safety & Health Management System (SS651 & ISO45001) requirement.
  • Comply with Terminal Safety Case & MHI requirement.
  • Terminal stock replenishment and related matters.
  • Any other duties as assigned.  
 
Requirements

  • Experience in Oil & Gas industry is preferred
  • Able to work staggered/shift hours
  • Good team player with positive attitude & willing to learn

Responsibilities

  • Supplier management including review merchandise mix, negotiate trading terms and implement other initiatives with business partners for mutual benefits.
  • Monitor market/customer trends and understand the business requirements, key categories and seek out new potential brands/products to meet consumer’s needs.
  • Work closely with relevant internal and external parties on activities to build brand awareness, rejuvenate sales of slow-moving products and to drive sales for existing products.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimize sales space to maximize profitability. Constantly work on visual merchandising and efficient store management.
  • Plan on seasonal/occasional promotion across the network and conduct post-sales analysis. Review, analyze and report current product ranges and the performance of sales and profit margin.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management/Sales & Marketing
  • Mature individual with at least 3 years’ experience in retailing, FMCG/Retail Industry with store operations experience will be an advantage.
  • Passionate about consumer trends and able to pro-actively be creative.
  • Good analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
