Responsibilities
- Internal distribution of newspapers.
- Manage all internal documents/mails to be delivered, collected or sent via couriers.
- Frank letters / documents.
- Courier arrangement for documents collection (local & overseas).
- Sort mails and faxes.
- External dispatch.
- Manage stationery requests/orders and keep track of the stocks.
- Supervise repair works within office or at expat’s rental units.
- Provide support for office maintenance works and services.
- Scan and photocopy documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min ‘O’ Level
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Good team player
- Possess of Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage

Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory opening/ closing, printing of daily transaction reports.
- Participate in Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) and conform to HSE procedures & regulations.
- Monitor Daily Oil Stock Inventory and to report and highlight if there are any inconsistencies.
- Conduct routine checks.
- Supervise truck loading operations to ensure they are carried out in a safe manner.
- Check fire-fighting equipment in the terminal, such as running of fire pumps
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in a warehouse environment
- Possess a valid forklift license
- Working Location: Jalan Buroh (West)

- Handle all matters related to fuel movements, logistics and co-ordination with all stakeholders for documentations processing.

Responsibilities
- Plan and manage maintenance projects to ensure reliability of operations facilities.
- Manage, review and coordinate procurement matters for engineering activities and equipment.
- Issue purchase orders, work orders, and process invoices for works done.
- Involve in all engineering works of retail stations, i.e. renovation and new sites.
- Organize and plan engineering works onsite with contractors and ensure works are carried out in compliance with HSE regulations.
- Follow up with government authorities and agencies on all engineering approvals.
- Prepare engineering CAPEX and OPEX.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant M&R experience
- Project implementation and M&R EHSS knowledge will be added advantages
- Able to thrive in fast paced and dynamic environment
- Positive attitude, good team player, meticulous and attentive to details
