AI Engineer – 1 Year Contract

Job Overview

This role is responsible for researching, developing, and optimizing advanced artificial intelligence models to drive business innovation and efficiency.

The position plays a key role in translating cutting-edge AI technologies into practical, real-world applications, including intelligent question-answering systems, computer vision solutions, and natural language processing tools.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for researching, developing, and optimizing artificial intelligence models.
Promote the implementation of AI technologies in real business scenarios, such as intelligent Q&A systems, image recognition, and natural language processing.
Build pipelines for large model development and deployment, ensuring stable operation in production environments.
Track cutting-edge AI technologies and continuously optimize intelligent application solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a solid foundation in algorithms.
At least 3 years of experience in AI-related fields, with a minimum of 1 year focused on LLM application development.
Hands-on experience in large model fine-tuning (SFT, LoRA/QLoRA) or building large-scale RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
Proficient in Python, and experienced with at least one mainstream agent framework such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
Familiar with major models (ChatGPT, Claude, Llama 3, DeepSeek, Qwen, etc.), including prompt engineering and API optimization.
Ability to design agentic workflows, including complex task planning and tool usage.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes deployment environments.
